This is our initial discussion of your wedding or event theme, venue, and preferred floral elements. You will receive expert advice on flower selection, seasonality, and design options.

Throughout the floral planning process, you’ll have one key person dedicated to your event, ensuring clear and open communication with you (and your planner!) every step of the way. This personal touch allows me to refine every detail to perfection. I believe collaboration is essential, enabling us to seamlessly integrate your vision with Philibotte’s artistic expertise. From the initial concept discussions to the final touches, I work tirelessly to elevate your occasion with my passion for exceptional floristry.
It’s the big day!
Whether it’s your wedding day or a milestone celebration, my small, talented team of florists and I work closely with your vendors to ensure a smooth floral installation. No matter the size of your event, having extra hands on these special days is crucial! Since I can’t be on every single job, I want to make sure you know that there is a great team—or a trusted individual—who will take care of everything. I’ve built a team I trust completely to execute every detail seamlessly. When I am on-site, I personally attend to setups, meet with clients to ease any nerves, and serve as the key point of contact, offering direction and assistance with any extensive installations.
